Firm Files Cert. Petition with Harvard Supreme Court Clinic

This month the firm filed a cert. petition asking the Supreme Court to resolve a circuit conflict regarding whether courts of appeals can independently assess the facts shown in a video when deciding an appeal from the denial of summary judgment in a qualified immunity case. The petition was prepared as part of the Harvard Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, which the firm runs during Harvard’s January term. The team included students Aaron Baum, Benjamin Kane, and Chloe Suzman.
